How Do I Know What I Need?

If you’ve received your report from HashTagJeff, his team would have included the fixes he think would benefit you the most. When applying your initial fixes, we’ll scan your site for all of the fixes we offer and provide you with additional recommendations at that time.

Do I Really Need to Give You Admin Access?

Yes. We use a custom created plugin to search your site at the database level and make changes to your content, which requires administrator access to your dashboard. Over 2,000 sites have trusted us. Plus my wife would kill me if I ever messed up your site. 😉

How Long Will It take To Get Fixed?

Fixes are performed in the order the login information is received, so it depends on the length of the current queue. We do our very best to get all fixes applied within 1 week of purchase. You will receive an estimate via email after all information is received.
