1. Create an administrator user on your blog for The Blog Fixer.

In order to receive your service and Site Scan results, you need to create an Administrator login to your site. 

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, click Users in the sidebar and then click the Add New button at the top
  2. Use theblogfixer for the Username and info@blogfixer.com for the email.
  3. Ensure box is checked for Send User Notification.
  4. Make sure to select Administrator in the Role drop down menu.
  5. Click the Add New User button.
  6. Note: For security, please do not send us the password you use to login to your dashboard. 

Service Dashboard

The dashboard will list any information we still need before we can get started and will contain your final report once everything is finished.

If you return later (you’ll find it listed as “Service Status Dashboard” under the “My Account” menu at the top), you’ll need the username and password sent to you in a separate email when you first signed up at BlogFixer.com.

That’s It!

Once your credentials have been received and verified, your site will enter a queue to be serviced and scanned.

Services are performed in the order in which we receive their login information, so get yours in soon!

After submission we’ll send a confirmation email within a few days with an estimate on when your service will take place.
